Weeping Cherry

The cherry tree is in trouble
Looks like it’s weeping I have
been watching it,
It knows it’s under surveillance
I have the right to grab it
cut its branches do whatever
I judge to be good for it
I don’t need a long menu
listing rights and wrongs of how
to handle a crybaby cherry tree
take all the pictures you want
putting on my gardening clothes
vest, goggles, pruners and spray
get in my way and you will be cut
thin like salami in a deli
I have the backing of YouTube and
pay TV, after all it’s a foreign tree
a simple border crosser
