me SWOOZEY DOYLE is the assistant editor for El Portal. She was born and raised in Carlsbad, New Mexico, where she was an active member of the English Expo team for Carlsbad High School for four years and developed a love for writing. She is currently a junior at ENMU studying English and Journalism. A genuine love for reading and writing is what drives her toward her future ambitions to become a publisher and hopefully write a few novels of her own.

WesleyProfilePhotoWESLEY MARTIN is a staff writer for El Portal. Despite a promising career as a sandwich artist ahead of him, Wesley Martin is pursuing a degree in Creative Writing at ENMU with the intent to write fiction professionally. Following a lifelong fascination with serialized stories and absurdist humor, Wesley is currently working on a fantasy comedy web novel.
